- Canada: 7–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Petcazoo cannot be responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged Items
